Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Source top passive and active candidates through the use of advanced Internet search tactics, user-defined semantic search and going beyond Boolean strings. - Appropriately maintain compliance standards and records to all Federal, Local and Corporate guidelines and regulations including but not limited to OFCCP - Qualify external candidates based upon minimum position requirements - Locate leads and track down referral contact information through the use of social and professional networks and meta-search engines. - Provide "First Contact" to invite leads to apply to our client's career portal and attract additional talent to opportunity using available media. - Prescreen Resumes in Requisition Folders as assigned, cleaning files ensuring minimum qualifications are met. - Expand social networks via invitations, Reach out to network contacts for referrals Join applicable groups, post jobs - Explore other networking options to expand contact base when available - Follow up with pipeline candidates via phone and e-mail to keep candidates warm - Reach out to niche sites for free trials; respond to solicitation from account representatives. - Join industry/function-specific organizations/associations/forums for talent mining and posting possibilities - Search diversity databases and available ATS and Job Board systems for potential talent, pipeline as needed - Ability to notice patterns and trends and identify root causes. - Internet research utilizing search engines, metasearch, Company sponsored tools and sites, Company approved and available Web 2.0 social networking sites and available tools. - Train in, practice and reinforce as necessary Company and Service Provider's most current and approved policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively. - Desire and ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment. - Proficiency and strength in the use of the Desktop software, Internet, & Web based applications. - Must have excellent Excel skills. Must possess an "early adopter" attitude toward new Technology - Must be able to communicate successfully with all levels of management. - Ability to learn new tasks and/or processes information quickly. - Must be open minded and excited in the face of change - Ability to work across multiple accounts. - Minimum of 3 years relevant Agency / Corporate Level Sourcing experience OR ability to demonstrate equivalent proficiency in sourcing methodology and tactics. - Clear understanding of Boolean language and strong ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing. - Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate positive and upbeat Recruiting as "sales" attitude - Demonstrated customer service ethic/commitment. - Must have and maintain the highest level of integrity in dealing with information of a confidential nature. - Ability to effectively work in a positive way with and at times coordinate the efforts of other team members and Support teams to achieve goals. Minimum Education and Experience EDUCATION: - BS Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience desired. EXPERIENCE: - Sourcing experience in a fast paced staffing or recruiting environment strongly preferred
